"Thank You" doesn't seem quite enough to communicate how grateful we are for you. The L9WHA community truly honored Linda Jackson on GiveNOLA Day last week, giving twice as much as ever before.

To show your love for Linda, you donated $14,426.

Because you shared GiveNOLA Day with us, we thought you might like to know some details. Most importantly, 98 people individually donated $8,426!! Fifty-seven are people we have come to count on for support and 41 are new members of our family. Because of those gifts, we also received $2,500 from our generous matching donors. On top of that, an additional $3,500 came from employer matching donations.

Your gifts will honor Linda for years to come, in community members on our staff reaching out to their neighbors, in laid-off workers who receive stimulus payments, in elderly residents who can remain in their homes because we reduce their property taxes, in an African American community coming together under its own leadership to demand the same resources as everyone else.
