"Great Jazz, Good Cause" Event Raises $27,000 for House the L9 Program

All Souls Unitarian Church in Washington, D.C. hosted a jazz gala fundraising event for the Lower 9th Ward Homeownership Association featuring clarinetist Evan Christopher (www.clarinetroad.net) and master drummer Shannon Powell (www.thekingoftreme.

The event was a huge success! The church rocked with 150 people enjoying great New Orleans music and celebrating our work.

Best of all, the event raised $27,000 to support the House the L9 Program.
